I Enjoy Going Down To Breakfast — I Enjoy My Breakfast And Seeing The Menu For Lunch And Dinner . . .
Unfortunately, most days, either lunch or dinner, has what I don’t eat and end up eating in my apartment alone. I believe it is good for me to get up, dressed,
and down to the dining hall or whatever it is they call it . . . I will remember to bring up milk to have for my cereal in the evening. It is a very long time from dinner to breakfast the next morning — a snack is most welcome.
In the past, I wasn’t much of a breakfast person or much in wanting to eat with others . . . This is a most welcome change in me . . . I’ll need to see about engaging in more of their social activities . . . For now, I’m more interested in getting my new website up and running and generating some needed extra income . . . This would mean getting some signed up with Wealthy Affiliate and seeing how their hopes and dreams play out for them in building their own online business in a niche they choose.
Everyone needs to choose what is best for them. I am pleased I bought a toaster — no microwave or toaster oven yet . . . I choose to keep things simple for now . . . I do have Boost Nutritional Drink along with fruit, jello, pudding, cereal, pancakes, and waffles . . . I can also make a chicken sandwich. . . It is good to have food in my apartment available as I want it or need it . . .
I choose today to eat in my apartment for lunch and dinner . . . or maybe for one or the other . . . Much depends upon my day and how I feel about going downstairs and socializing . . . I do plan on showering and washing my hair. This will be a very good thing . . . It is fortunate that I have a shower in my apartment and don’t have to go off to a shower room . . . Things do seem to be a lot better here — still need to figure out about my vitamins and physical therapy. I also have some personal issues to work out . . . Something I do need to think about — having the weekend to unwind and see how things work out.
Breakfast Choices Seem To Be The Best . . .
I enjoy pancakes, waffles, and cereal . . . I like having a little bit of maple syrup on my pancakes and waffles . . . I do like French Toast, but haven’t bought any frozen ones for the toaster . . . It will take a while for me to decide what I want to have on hand . . . and what I will like to eat when they don’t have anything available I enjoy . . . I need to have things easy to eat and either beef or chicken without cheese and spicy sauces. I go for basically bland foods.
I Do Enjoy My Morning Coffee With Cream And Sugar
My morning beverages vary, but I do enjoy my regular coffee and cranberry juice, sometimes milk. I have added yogurt lately which makes my breakfast much more enjoyable . . . I also enjoy scrambled eggs and do enjoy it when they have pancakes or waffles — just one, but it is what they have occasionally . . . That’s why I chose to purchase some for myself . . . From what I’ve noticed, most people are consistent in their breakfast choices — very little variations. I suppose, generally speaking, we are all basically creatures of habit.
I’ve noticed how I sometimes get a bit of a buzz from the coffee . . . Maybe I should go with a de-caf or I should eat more before drinking the coffee . . . I do wonder what it is I need to do to better prepare for my morning coffee and breakfast.
I Spoke With A Woman At Breakfast Today Who Enjoys Dancing To The Piano Being Played
She said it is an exercise we can all do . . . I have to agree that any bit of movement we can do — sitting or standing is valuable . . . There are times we need to build ourselves up to more activity . . . doing something is better than nothing . . . I am enjoying going down to meals. I do need to sit up, but this is good for me. I do get tired, but little by little I’m building up to spending more time sitting in a chair — I am looking forward to sitting out on my balcony. It may be too cold now, but during the spring and perhaps early morning and early evening it may be enjoyable . . . Something for me to discover in time.
I’ve never been much of a dancer . . . but some basic exercise will be in order plus my physical therapy — something I need to figure out what is happening with it and whether my health insurance will pay for it . . . Also need to figure out if I need to go to a doctor to get proper tests and treatments. . . Don’t believe the proper follow-up has been conducted and carried forward — basically, I’m not especially pleased with the care and treatment I’ve received . . . I’m not too sure what can be expected with a diagnosis of malnutrition . . . I would hope there are more tests and treatment plans . . . I feel as though no one knows what is best . . . Something I’m going to have to figure out for myself!
